What are Safe(r) Spaces ? Who needs Safe(r) Spaces? Where do we need Safe(r) Spaces? And how can we create and guarantee them?
In September 2019, we explored these questions together with BIWoC* Rising in the context of the event “What are Safe(r) Spaces?”.
We were interested in both physical and digital spaces.
With the facilitators Sanni Est and Carma M. Lüdtke, we exchanged ideas with a total of 30 participants in a half-day workshop on Safe(r) Spaces. You can find an insight into the results of our exchange in the following film by Mizu Sugai, which was made during the event.
